Passport holders of most nationalities may visit Singapore visa-free for short stays. To check whether you need a visa, please refer to the website of the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA):

If you need a visa to attend APAO 2027, we shall be pleased to furnish a visa support letter upon completion of your congress registration and full remittance of your registration fee.

  • Singapore Overseas Missions

🚫 No walk-in applications to ICA

Please note that all visa matters are governed by the ICA, the official body responsible for border control and immigration. As Congress Organizers, we do not have the authority to interpret specific national regulations or individual travel itineraries. We strongly recommend consulting your local embassy regarding the requisite documentation.

The information on this page may not be applicable if your visit extends beyond the Congress dates or if your travel has supplementary objectives.

Singapore Arrival Card

Regardless of whether you need a visa, all travelers are required to submit a completed Singapore Arrival Card (SGAC) before arrival, except:

  • Those transiting/transferring through Singapore without seeking immigration clearance; and
  • Residents traveling through the land checkpoints.
